Which areas are represented?
The documented collection covers Agadir neighbourhoods, Taghazout Bay, Imi Ouaddar and Issen. You can also discuss another area with Achraf; no additional property availability is implied.
Are all the properties currently available?
Current availability has not been reconfirmed for this website. Ask Achraf before planning a visit or making a decision.
Which currency is used?
Prices are in Moroccan dirhams (MAD). Rental prices are monthly. The Extension Iligh plot is quoted per square metre; its total asking price needs confirmation.
Why do some properties show “Price on request”?
A price was not supplied for those properties. The website does not invent one. Ask Achraf for the current asking price.
What happens when I set a budget?
The filters compare your budget with stated total asking prices, or stated monthly rent on the rental page. Unconfirmed total prices are excluded by default when a budget is applied; you can choose to include them.
Does a purchase budget apply to the subletting opportunity?
No. On the investment page, a purchase budget excludes the monthly-rent opportunity so that rent is not treated as a purchase price.
Are rental income or investment returns guaranteed?
No. Income, occupancy, operating costs and permitted use need property-specific verification. A nightly rental figure mentioned for the Taghazout Bay duplex is explicitly marked as unverified.
Where are the property photos?
The Iligh private villa (AST-01) and the Taghazout Bay sea-view duplex (AST-02) have galleries of photos supplied by the advisor. Photos for the other listings are still to be supplied. The Agadir Bay photograph on the homepage shows the destination, not a listed property.
How can I contact the advisor?
Use any WhatsApp enquiry button to contact Achraf on +212 656 955 298. Property buttons include the listing reference; the contact page lets you prepare a more detailed message. Review it in WhatsApp and press Send.
What are the agency fees?
The advisor’s stated sales fee is 2.5% before tax / 3% including tax; the stated long-term rental fee is one month’s rent. Confirm your written fee arrangement before proceeding.
Can an international buyer rely on this site for legal conditions?
No. Ask a Moroccan notary or qualified professional to confirm the documents, ownership conditions, payment and signing process for your situation and the particular property.
